The folks at the Parker, Ipswich and Essex Rivers Restoration Partnership have restored their effort to measure the culverts and bridges of these rivers to determine their adequacy for maintaining proper flow.  It is part of a New England collaborative and the information is being gathered by partners like Ipswich River Watershed, Division of Ecological Restoration and U.
