Volunteers Rock!

The environmental committee at New England BioLabs donated their time and talent to complete the installation of  the permeable parking lot at the Ipswich River Watershed headquarters.

Leader, Dan Heiter, organized and motivated Jeremiah, Louie, Jessica and Bill (out of photo) to carry and install 4 tons of concrete pavers in one day!  Ace Clark of the NEB maintenance crew prepared the site Wednesday with 8 hours of backhoe work supplied by NE BioLabs. The work represents the extraordinary hands-on care that the employees offer to the Association.  We appreciate their support and hard work.

Dan made this entire project possible.  His commitment to IRWA, on behalf of NE BioLabs, will directly help improve our Watershed. Our thanks to him, his co-workers and to New England BioLabs for making it all possible.
