The shotgun season for deer starts up on November 30.  If walking in the woods of our local woodlands, it is prudent to put on an orange hat or vest during this time of year.  Keep the dog at home.  The season runs to December 12.  Black powder or Primitive firearms can be used from December 14 to the 31st.  No hunting on Sundays.
